Flush Mount
Kurt Versen’s flush mount fixtures eliminate overlapping flanges and lock into the ceiling for a unique, finished appearance. A clean, uncluttered ceiling emphasizes the attention to detail. It is a factory installed option with a proven installation technique.
Optics and Applications
Low voltage lamps offer a variety of beam spreads for selective highlighting or general illumination.
Design Features
A proprietary lampholder for MR-16 lamps (H8416FM) features a ceramic socket, aluminum heat sink and reflective heat shield. Both fixtures provide 360° rotation, H8416FM tilts 45°, H8436FM tilts 40°. Both lock in position and accept two accessories. Flush mount design resists cracking by mechanically fastening fixture to drywall. To simplify installation, three adjustment mechanisms adapt the fixture to ceiling conditions. Adjustable mounting rails fit different support systems and accommodate 3/8" to 7/8" thick ceilings and extend to 26". Top or bottom service.
Finish
Housing is optical matte black. Standard trim is Softglow® clear. Other colors and finishes are available.
Transformer
A magnetic transformer for low voltage lamps to 75W is standard. Primary lead is 120V with a 12V or 5.5V secondary (H8436FM) as required. Transformer is rated 180°C, Class H, with a built-in 150° resetting thermal link fuse. Maximum fixture draw is 85W.
General
Fixtures are pre-wired and thermally protected, UL and C-UL listed for damp location and eight wire 75°C branch circuit wiring. Union made IBEW.
