Optics and Applications
Varied distribution patterns for different ceiling heights or design objectives. Performance is free from hot spots, filament images or striations. Reflectors produce smooth predictable patterns. Excellent color rendition from the 3000° Kelvin tungsten halogen lamp. Dimming is permissible. Use in churches, terminals, display areas, auditoriums, lobbies, etc.
Design Features
Precision machined solid aluminum heat sinks remove heat from the critical lamp-socket location and transfers it to the cylinder housing for passage to the exterior air space. Glass lamp shields are provided. A specular parabolic shielding cone offers unparalleled visual comfort from all normal viewing angles. Service from below.
Finish
Specular clear Alzak cones are standard. Optional colors and Softglow® finishes are available. Cylinder exterior is satin white baked enamel, inside is optical matte black to suppress stray light leaks. Cylinders are satin brushed and emulsion cleaned before paint spraying, then baked for superior adhesion and durability.
General
UL and C-UL listed for thermal and electrical safety. Union made IBEW. Luminaire Efficiency Ratings (LER) do not apply to fixtures with lamps over 300W.
